Role Overview:
Join our client’s Miami hospital as a CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist). In this role, you will provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients across various surgical specialties. Work alongside a talented team of healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Compensation: Based on Experience (BOE)
Location: Miami, Florida
Schedule:
• Shifts: Monday - Friday, five 8-hour shifts per week preferred (7 AM - 3:30 PM or 7 AM - 5:30 PM); will consider four 10-hour shifts per week
• Minimum # of Shifts per Month: 20 (must have something every week, Monday through Friday; no exceptions)
• Call & Weekends: No
• Length of Assignment: 3 months
• Temp/Expedited Privileges: Yes, 90 days (clean files only)
• Must provide 60-day notice for any time off requests
Responsibilities:
• Providing anesthesia care for a variety of case types, including general, OB/GYN, outpatient, neuro, orthopedics, interventional radiology, GI, robotics, pedi, urology, vascular and thoracic surgery, and cardiac
• Managing a majority of cases in general, neuro, and GI
• Handling an average monthly case volume of 2,500
• Performing required procedures, such as spinals and epidurals
• Maintaining life support certifications (ACLS, BLS, PALS)
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNA (no new graduates)
• Active Florida ARNP license
• NBCRNA certification
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• No malpractice or background history
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) with all dates in MM/YY to MM/YY format and any gaps over 30 days explained
• All licenses, board certifications, and other certifications with expiration dates listed on CV
• Clean malpractice history (NPDB report required if any history)
• Supporting documents for any legal issues
