Job Overview – Supervisory Team Leader (PACT):
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team as a Supervisory Team Leader (PACT) with our client in Monmouth County, NJ. Oversee clinical supervision, administrative functions, and direct client care for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI), ensuring high-quality, culturally sensitive treatment and program compliance.

Compensation: $75,000 - $82,000/year
Location: Monmouth County, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Responsibilities as the Supervisory Team Leader (PACT):
  • Client Care: Deliver culturally sensitive, age-appropriate treatment services, including crisis prevention and intervention, with 50% of work conducted in the field.
  • Team Leadership: Provide clinical and administrative supervision to PACT staff, ensuring treatment plans meet professional and cultural standards.
  • Staff Development: Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations to foster a skilled, effective team.
  • Policy & Compliance: Implement policies and procedures to enhance program effectiveness and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Manage quality improvement initiatives, program monitoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Program Coverage: Ensure 24/7 program availability by managing schedules and staff resources.
Qualifications for the Supervisory Team Leader (PACT):
  • Licensure: LCSW or LPC required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with SPMI populations and 1 year in a supervisory role, demonstrating the ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with NetSmart (MyAvatar) preferred.
  • Attributes: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a dedication to culturally sensitive care.
