Job Overview - SLP:
A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available in Brooklyn, NY. The clinic caters to adult patients with developmental delays, autism, and cerebral palsy. We offer a flexible schedule with the option to work Saturdays.
Location: Brooklyn, NY Compensation: Up to $60/hr
Schedules available: (candidate can choose a combination of days to complete 13 individual sessions)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturdays (optional): 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Responsibilities as the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP):
Provide individual and group speech therapy using traditional and/or augmentative communication techniques.
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
Develop and formulate diagnostic reports with clinical recommendations.
Create and maintain Individualized Clinic Plans (ICPs).
Act as a liaison and continually assess for unmet needs of individuals.
Participate in interdisciplinary team efforts to support the individuals' programming.
Qualifications of the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP):
Licensed SLP
Experience with developmental delays, autism, and cerebral palsy preferred.
