Job Overview – Specialty Infusion Sales Manager:
Compensation: $95,000 – $115,000/year
Location: Huntsville, AL (Hybrid with Travel)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Take on a high-impact role as a Specialty Infusion Sales Manager in Huntsville, AL, driving referral growth and revenue for our client’s specialty infusion services. This hybrid position targets hospitals, providers, and payors across a defined territory. Ideal candidates have infusion therapy sales experience, strong healthcare relationships, and knowledge of reimbursement. You’ll collaborate with clinical and operational teams to grow market share and improve service delivery.
Responsibilities as the Specialty Infusion Sales Manager:
Sales & Referral Growth: Generate new business and increase referrals across assigned territory through targeted outreach and relationship building.
Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with clinics, hospitals, and payors to expand market presence.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with clinical, operations, and reimbursement teams to support client onboarding and service delivery.
Client Engagement: Present services, support contract discussions, and contribute to managed care strategies.
Reporting & Industry Insight: Track sales activities, stay informed on therapies and reimbursement trends, and support internal training as needed.
Qualifications for the Specialty Infusion Sales Manager:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of successful healthcare sales experience, preferably in infusion therapy, home health, or specialty services, with proven new business development success.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement policies, managed care plans, and referral workflows is strongly preferred.
Skills & Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport, solve problems quickly, and manage long sales cycles in a consultative environment.
