TAG MedStaffing is looking for passionate and driven Physical Therapists to join our growing network of school-based clinicians across New York City. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a recent graduate, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supporting students' mobility, physical development, and success in the classroom.

What you'll do:
Provide physical therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
Support student mobility, gross motor development, balance, coordination, and safe participation in school activities.
Deliver therapy services aligned with IEP goals and student needs.
Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and therapy records in compliance with school and district requirements.
What we're looking for:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree is required.
Active New York State Physical Therapy license is required.
Active NPI number is required.
Prior school-based or clinical physical therapy experience is preferred.
New graduates are welcome to apply with an active permanent Physical Therapy license.
