TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Sales Director (Healthcare Services) in Columbus, OH for our client, leading regional sales, business development, and revenue growth within a healthcare services environment, including infusion services. This role oversees sales teams, drives new patient referrals, and manages relationships with healthcare providers across a multi-state territory to expand market share.
Responsibilities as the Sales Director (Healthcare Services):
Sales Leadership: Lead and develop regional sales teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across healthcare providers and referral networks.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare organizations.
Territory Management: Oversee sales strategy and performance across assigned regions.
Team Development: Recruit, coach, and manage sales staff to drive performance and accountability.
Qualifications for the Sales Director (Healthcare Services):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field required.
Experience:Â 5+ years of sales experience within infusion services, home health, or related healthcare services is required.
Industry Knowledge: Experience with infusion services, home health, or related healthcare services required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
