Job Overview: Registered Nurse: Full Time
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse for full-time night shift positions in various units at our client's healthcare facility. RNs will provide direct patient care, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure top-quality service. Key duties include patient assessment, care planning, and regimen evaluation.
Location: White Plains, NY
Compensation: $105,000 - $145,000/year
Schedule: 7:00PM to 7:15AM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities as the Registered Nurse:
- Adhere to performance standards, policies, and behaviors.
- Utilize the nursing process to meet patient care needs.
- Address patient care and unit-based issues with appropriate actions.
- Communicate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Integrate patient rights and nursing ethics into practice.
- Follow infection control standards to minimize risks.
- Adhere to Joint Commission National Patient Safety Goals.
- Delegate tasks as per the State Nurse Practice Act.
- Support the Professional Nursing Practice and Magnet models.
- Participate in Performance Improvement initiatives.
- Complete required competencies and attend mandatory in-services.
- Assume Charge Nurse responsibilities and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for the Registered Nurse:
- Accredited nursing school graduate with current NY RN license.
- BSN required
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- NRP certification
