Job Overview - Registered Nurse:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join their healthcare team in the Bronx, NY. In this role, you’ll provide top-notch nursing care during preventive services to patients who are ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled.
Location: Bronx, NY
Compensation: $55/hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities as the Registered Nurse:
Patient Monitoring and Care: Observe, record, and report resident data according to policy and procedure.
Documentation: Ensure that appropriate documentation concerning unauthorized discharges is entered in the resident’s medical record in accordance with established procedures.
Team Coordination: Assist in the day-to-day activities and responsibilities performed by the Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nurse’s Aides.
Clinical Support: Maintain accurate and detailed reports and provide support to healthcare team members.
Qualifications for the Registered Nurse:
Licensure: Must possess a current NYS RN license and registration.
Education: Must have graduated from an approved RN program.
Experience: Experience in a hospital or long-term care setting.
Certifications: BLS certified.
Skills: Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and writing skills essential.
