Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Program Operations Director to lead our client’s state-of-the-art wound care facilities. In this multifunctional role, you will accelerate value creation by partnering internally and externally to elevate patient wound care to the next level. Engage with physicians and medical staff to execute objectives and ensure successful center operations.
Compensation: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 + bonus
Location: Split time between two locations in Lake County, Indiana
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize wound care delivery
• Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance care quality and outcomes
• Drive process improvements and change management initiatives
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance management
• Monitor financial performance and identify growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
• Build strong relationships with physicians, staff, and community partners
• Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and track progress
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Associate's degree considered for non-Magnet facilities)
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association
• 3+ years of nurse management experience, preferably in outpatient or inpatient hospital setting
• Proven track record of successful change management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, collaborative environment
