Job Overview – Registered Nurse (RN):
Join our client’s healthcare team in Mount Kisco, NY, as a Registered Nurse, where you’ll provide comprehensive nursing care to patients and coordinate with other care team members to ensure quality care delivery. This temporary position involves direct patient interaction, clinical procedure assistance, patient education, and telephone triage as needed.
Compensation: $53/hour
Location: Mount Kisco, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Responsibilities as the Registered Nurse (RN):
Patient Care: Deliver professional nursing care to patients through direct interaction and telephone contact, ensuring patient engagement in treatment planning and care.
Clinical Support: Assist physicians and other healthcare providers with clinical procedures, supporting efficient and safe care practices.
Telephone Triage: Perform telephone triage as required, addressing patient concerns and providing guidance based on clinical protocols.
Education: Educate patients and their families on care plans, post-procedure instructions, and health management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the healthcare team to coordinate efforts for seamless patient care and optimize health outcomes.
Qualifications for the Registered Nurse (RN):
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Licensure: Active RN license to practice in New York State, with current NYS registration in good standing.
Experience: 2 years of professional nursing experience in a hospital, medical office, or clinical setting required.
Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Skills: Strong patient communication, clinical skills, and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
