Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Wound Care Nurse (RN), you will be a key contributor to our client's healthcare team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will apply your nursing knowledge and skills to plan, implement, evaluate, and direct patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Compensation: $33.00 - $36.00
Location: Brown County, South Dakota
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care based on scientific principles, nursing theory, and evidence-based practice
- Accurately implement physician orders within the specified time frames
- Identify changes in the patient's condition and take appropriate action
- Prioritize nursing actions based on patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes
Qualifications:
- Valid RN nursing license
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- Prior experience with wound care patients is preferred but not mandatory, as we are willing to provide training
- Familiarity with billing and coding is a plus
- Basic or related wound care experience in settings like hospitals, nursing homes, or clinics is advantageous
