Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse will provide health assessments, counseling, education, and medication management in the community to promote recovery and wellness within the framework of nursing ethics and regulations.
Compensation: $95,000.00 Location: New York City Schedule:Monday - Friday from 9 am- 5 pm

Responsibilities
Deliver medication management and health services in the community 80% of the time
Document progress notes, assessments, and incident reports meeting regulations
Coordinate care with prescribers, families, hospitals, housing providers, and other collaterals
Participate in team meetings to collaborate on client needs
Use recovery-oriented approaches aligned with motivational interviewing
Qualifications
Licensed Registered Nurse in New York
3+ years experience with young adults in psychiatric nursing, substance use treatment, or social services
Extensive knowledge of community treatment resources
Highly organized and self-motivated
Proficient in computers
Spanish fluency preferred
