Job Overview:
Join our client's team as a Program Operations Director, leading the charge in elevating patient wound care to new heights. This multifunctional role involves strategic collaboration both internally and externally, ensuring the seamless operation of our state-of-the-art wound care facilities.

Compensation: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 + bonus
Location: Lake County, Indiana

Responsibilities:
  • Drive change management initiatives for enhanced clinical operations
  • Engage with physicians and medical staff to optimize wound care services
  • Execute objectives and long-term goals to ensure center success
  • Manage and oversee operations at two locations, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Collaborate with a multicultural team to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Utilize innovative problem-solving skills for effective decision-making
  • Implement data analytics for continuous improvement
  • Provide leadership in revenue cycle management, coding, and billing
  • Conduct marketing activities to promote wound care services
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse with a bachelor's degree in nursing
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in outpatient or inpatient hospital settings
  • Expertise in change management and strategic leadership
  • CPR certification from the American Heart Association
  • Proven ability to collaborate within a multicultural environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in wound care, marketing, and data analytics is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude
