Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse follows the rules and regulations the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing sets forth. The primary focus of this role is on maintaining high standards of professional performance and providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process for timely, safe, and appropriate care
Administer injections, vaccines, triage calls
Follow nursing standards of care and practice
Prioritize and triage calls by severity
Analyze assessments to determine diagnoses
Work with providers and staff with good communication
Ensure quality care and patient satisfaction
Provide patient education and counseling
Document prescription refills and appointments
Review and notify providers of test results
Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing
BLS certification
1+ years experience in primary care
Bio/chemo certification
Communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational abilities
Computer proficiency
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Stress management abilities
Clinical judgment and decision making
