Position Overview:
Our client, a clinic with diverse services in Brooklyn, is seeking a registered nurse to provide culturally competent care across adult medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, mental health, women’s health, and nutrition services. The roles will involve assessments, procedures, care coordination, documentation, education, quality initiatives, and helping ensure smooth patient flow.
Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00 / HR
Location: Bronx, New YorkÂ
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (rotating Saturdays) Â
Responsibilities:Â
•   Incorporate cultural values into care Â
•   Perform patient intake, triage, and prep
•   Conduct screenings and assessments
•   Utilize nursing process and diagnoses Â
•   Coordinate care teams and oversee LPNsÂ
•   Support patient self-managementÂ
•   Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting
•   Obtain necessary authorizations and approvals
•   Maintain BLS and participate in emergencies
Qualifications:
•   NY RN license
•   BLS certified
•   2+ years nursing experienceÂ
•   Phlebotomy skills
•   Interest in cross-specialty care
•   Strong communication abilities Â
