Role Overview:
Join a health plan organization as an MLTC Intake RN, assessing potential new members for eligibility and explaining the program to them and their families. This position is remote four days/week plus one day in Brooklyn, NY, fieldwork.
Compensation: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 + $20,000.00 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Brooklyn, New York (Mostly Remote)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
Responsibilities:
• Conducting outreach activities to assess the eligibility and safety of potential members
• Collaborating with intake, outreach, and clinical teams to coordinate new member services
• Communicating with potential members, families, physicians, and other referral sources
Qualifications:
• Current NY State RN License
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• One year of acute care experience
• UAS-NY system experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (Spanish, Chinese, etc.) preferred
