Role Overview:
Join the intensive mobile treatment nursing team providing mental health and substance abuse use care across the community. With competitive pay and robust benefits, this fast-paced role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference through field-based work.
Compensation: $53.00 / HR Location: Manhattan, New York Schedule:Monday - Friday from 9 am- 5 pm

Review activities and recommend process improvements
Coordinate with community providers to meet standards
Communicate with leadership, staff, and providers
Lead quality management initiatives
Develop patient care plans and document progress
Verify accurate and timely staff documentation
Qualifications
Active New York state license as a Registered Nurse
Current BLS/ACLS certification
3+ years nursing experience, community health preferred
Able to function independently at a high standard
