Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join our client's team. As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and managing the day-to-day clinical operations of the center's staff, working under the guidance of the Program Director.
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 Location: Harris County, Texas Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities:
Manage all clinical employees
Ensure staff certifications and training are current
Oversee hyperbaric operations and maintenance
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Authorize purchases of supplies and equipment
Responsible for certifications and billing
Set and monitor quality standards
Address patient and staff concerns
Liaise with hospital leadership
Drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Valid RN license in state
CPR certification
2+ years of clinical management experience
Wound care background
EMR experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office
Leadership and communication skills
Organizational abilities
Focus on patient experience
Team development skills
