Role Overview:
The ideal Registered Nurse will coordinate care across multiple wound care centers, working closely with staff and leadership to ensure high quality services. This role requires flexibility, cooperation, and willingness to coordinate care outside clinic hours. Ongoing training and resources provided.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 Locations:Fayette - Vandalia, Kirby - Monticello, IL, Sullivan - Sullivan County, IN, Carlinville, IL
Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8 am-4 pm (4 days traveling between locations, 1 remote day)

Responsibilities
Verify staff clinical competency and up-to-date credentials
Review activities and recommend process improvements
Communicate with facilities to meet standards
Coordinate across management, staff, and providers for continuity of care
Lead quality management activities
Develop patient care plans and review progress
Ensure accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
Valid RN license in IL/IN
Current BLS/ACLS certification
3+ years nursing experience, wound care preferred
Excellent coordination and communication skills
