Role Overview:
Join a Certified Home Health Agency in the Bronx as a Clinical Manager overseeing operations and supervising care teams providing in-home care.
Compensation: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00
Location: Brooklyn, New York
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am – 3 pm
Responsibilities:
• Collaborating on patient care plans with interdisciplinary teams
• Supervising Nurse Care Managers
• Developing orientation/training programs
• Participating in compliance and quality initiatives
• Providing oversight of care team operations and staff
Qualifications:
• Current NY RN license, BSN required
• 5+ years of home care experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Home care assessment expertise
• Valid driver’s license
