Job Overview:
Exciting opportunity for a full-time Administrative Nurse Manager in Bronx, NY. Join our client's team and contribute to the planning, development, and organization of unit activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in accordance with regulations and guidelines.
Compensation: $110,000.00 - $118,000.00 Location: Bronx, New York Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct all assigned unit activities
Manage day-to-day functions of neighborhood activities, adhering to current rules, regulations, and guidelines for long-term facilities
Supervise and ensure staff competencies in delivering care
Collaborate with Clinical Nurse Managers, Resident Service Coordinators, and other disciplines for interdisciplinary activities
Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
Bachelor’s Degree or MSN from an accredited university preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience as a staff nurse and 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related medical facility
Current NYS RN license required
Knowledge of federal and state regulations
Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading English
Strong clinical competencies, communication and writing skills, and the ability to manage staff and resources
