Job Overview - Registered Nurse:
Are you a caring and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a real difference? Our healthcare client is seeking an RN to conduct initial and follow-up homecare assessments, ensuring top-notch quality and safety in home health care services.
Location: Maryland, MD
Compensation: $52/hour
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities as the Registered Nurse:
Patient Care: Conduct initial assessments, plan and manage patient care, implement nursing practices, and adhere to infection control guidelines.
Professionalism: Ensure safe delivery of home health care, demonstrate professionalism, maintain productivity, and comply with attendance standards.
Leadership & Teamwork: Oversee staff assignments, supervise field personnel, coordinate with community agencies, and perform additional duties as needed.
Communication & Privacy: Communicate effectively with clients and families, respect privacy, and maintain confidentiality of client records.
Qualifications for the Registered Nurse:
License: Must be a licensed RN in good standing, holding a current license in MD.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Registered Nurse in the United States.
Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, multitasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Technical: Proficiency in electronic health records and Microsoft 365 applications.
