Job Overview – RN Site Manager (Bilingual Spanish):
Lead clinical operations with our client as an RN Site Manager (Bilingual Spanish) in Newark, NJ. This on-site role is perfect for an experienced registered nurse with strong leadership, outpatient clinic experience, and a focus on high-quality patient care. You will oversee daily nursing operations, manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance patient care coordination in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Compensation: $55 – $60/hour
Location: Newark, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities as the RN Site Manager (Bilingual Spanish):
Staff Leadership: Supervise CMAs, LPNs, and medical clerks, ensuring adherence to protocols.
Inventory Management: Manage medical and office supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels.
Patient Care & Triage: Assist with exams, triage patients, and develop nursing care plans.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure clinical standards, conduct audits, and submit reports.
Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate documentation, patient charts, and medication records.
Qualifications for the RN Site Manager (Bilingual Spanish):
Bilingual Requirement: Must be bilingual in Spanish and English to effectively serve the patient population.
Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program as a Registered Nurse (BSN or MSN preferred).
Licensure & Certification: Valid New Jersey RN license and current CPR certification required.
Experience:Â Minimum of 3 years in ambulatory care within an FQHC or outpatient clinic, with 3-5 years of supervisory experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting required.
Technical Skills: Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and data entry, with the ability to accurately input and manage clinical documentation.
Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with professionalism and active organizational involvement.
