Job Overview – RN Adult Medicine:
We are currently seeking two experienced Registered Nurses to join our Adult Medicine teams at our Bronx facilities. The successful candidates will deliver high quality patient care, perform both clinical and administrative duties, and promote a culture of safety and teamwork.
Location: Bronx, NY
Schedules Available: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with late nights (12 PM - 8 PM) on alternating Wednesdays or Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
Compensation: $50 - $55 per hour
Responsibilities as the RN Adult Medicine:
Conduct patient triage and prepare unit for patient flow.
Maintain infection control practices and obtain vital signs and specimens.
Administer immunizations, medications, and perform diagnostic testing.
Provide health education, assist in obtaining insurance approvals, and perform necessary documentation in the EMR.
Translate patient information and communicate effectively in both English and another language as required.
Participate in professional development and maintain BCLS certification.
Qualifications for the RN Adult Medicine:
Minimum of 1+ years of direct patient care experience in an acute setting
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BA preferred.
Current New York State RN license and American Heart Association BCLS certification.
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and professional communication.
