Job Overview - Psychologist - Neuropsychologist:
Our client is seeking a dedicated full-time Psychologist - Neuropsychologist with expertise in psychological and neuropsychological testing, coupled with a deep understanding of TBI from both medical and neuroscientific angles. This position is available in the boroughs of Bronx, Brooklyn, or Queens, NY.
Location: Bronx, Brooklyn, or Queens, NY
Compensation: $230,000/year
Schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities as the Psychologist - Neuropsychologist:
Clinical Assessment: Perform clinical interviews, conduct psychological and neuropsychological tests (both face-to-face and computerized), score and interpret test results, and write comprehensive reports.
Patient Care: Provide the most updated and sophisticated evaluations and treatments for patients with TBI.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Supervision: Participate in constant individual and group supervisions by the director.
Qualifications for the Psychologist - Neuropsychologist:
Education: Doctorate degree in Psychology and a valid NY state license.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in psychological and neuropsychological testing.
Skills: Extensive knowledge in psychological and neuropsychological testing, excellent IT skills.
Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Preferred: Neuropsychologist certification with forensic experience.
