Role Overview:
A leading 300-bed substance abuse and mental health facility in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Psychiatrist to lead a multidisciplinary clinical team. With immense autonomy, the ideal candidate will conduct evaluations, initiate treatment plans including MAT, prescribe medications, supervise care, and collaborate with partners to provide compassionate, evidence-based recovery services.
Compensation: $275,000.00 - $310,000.00
Location: Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8 am – 5 pm
Responsibilities:
• Leading an interdisciplinary treatment team
• Conducting psych evaluations and diagnoses
• Developing and overseeing care plans
• Prescribing MAT and medications
• Providing clinical supervision and education
• Ensuring adherence to standards
• Collaborating with community providers
• Driving continuous quality improvements
Qualifications:
• Medical degree from accredited university
• Pennsylvania medical license
• Board certified in Psychiatry
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Experience serving those with addictions
• Passion for rehabilitation and recovery
