Role Overview:
As the Program Operations Director, you will serve as the driving force propelling value creation to new heights. This multifaceted role, deeply rooted in Clinical Operations, involves dynamic collaboration both internally and externally, aimed at advancing patient wound care to unprecedented levels.

Compensation: $104,000.00 + bonus
Location: Coos County, Oregon
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the successful on-boarding and opening of the new wound care facility in Coos Bay, OR by October 2024
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the wound care center, optimizing efficiency and patient flow
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring high-quality wound care based on best practices and protocols
  • Build and empower a cohesive team of wound care nurses, technicians, and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Partner effectively with physicians, medical staff, and hospital administration to optimize patient care and achieve shared goals
  • Monitor and manage center budget, identifying and implementing cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and center effectiveness
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations and policies, maintaining a safe and compliant environment
  • Build relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations to raise awareness about wound care services
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in nursing
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Valid CPR certification
  • 3 years of nurse/service line management
  • Visionary and strategic leadership

  • Innovative problem-solving skills
  • Decision-making creativity
  • Ability to collaborate in diverse environments
