Job Overview - Program Director (RN):
We are seeking a dedicated Program Director to oversee our medical programs at a salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year. This full-time position is based in New York, NY, and involves the supervision and management of day-to-day operations. The role is also open to temp-to-perm candidates.
Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Responsibilities - Program Director (RN):
Direct the daily operations of the program, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Market the program to potential referral sources and develop strong networking relationships with community-based organizations for housing referrals.
Oversee client discharges within 90 days, focusing on early successful transitions.
Implement client-centered Support Plans based on individual needs and goals.
Manage program reporting and quality assurance activities.
Supervise and train staff in mental health and substance abuse protocols, leading team meetings and evaluating staff performance.
Qualifications Program Director (RN):
Experience with hospital discharge planning and rapid rehousing required.
LMSW strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage and direct program operations in a healthcare or social services setting.
Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise and train a diverse team.
Excellent organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in compliance and quality assurance protocols.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
