Job Overview – Program Director (RN):
Step into a vital role as a Program Director (RN) at our client's wound care program! This full-time role involves partnering with internal and external stakeholders to elevate patient wound care in state-of-the-art facilities.
Location: North Clinton, IA Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000/year + bonus
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities as the Program Director (RN):
Clinical Operations Management: Engage with physicians and medical staff to enhance wound care services.
Leadership and Vision: Execute objectives and long-term goals to ensure the successful operation of the center.
Training and Development: Utilize ongoing training to improve clinical operations and patient outcomes.
Collaboration: Work with a multidisciplinary team to drive patient care improvements.
Qualifications for the Program Director (RN):
Education: Associate's degree in Nursing required (Bachelor of Science in Nursing required for Magnet Hospitals).
Certification: Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
Experience: 3 years of Nurse Management or Hospital Service Line Management experience.
Skills: Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and the ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
