Job Overview - Physical Therapist:
Join our dynamic team as a Physical Therapist, working in both a school setting and providing home visits. You'll have the unique opportunity to work with children with developmental disabilities and the geriatric population, helping them achieve their health and rehabilitation goals.
Location: Greenwich, CT
Compensation: $55/hour
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities as the Physical Therapist:
Conduct house calls in Connecticut.
Perform diagnostic tests and measurements.
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy care plans.
Educate and instruct patients in rehabilitative care and activities to promote health, safety, and independent living.
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Minimum of 1 year of home-based PT experience required.
CT License, or able to obtain a CT license prior to start date.
Solid computer skills and experience with Med-A EMR system.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to build rapport with both children and senior population.
Medical Specialties: Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine.
