Role Overview:
Join an expanding home health team as a Traveling Physical Therapist serving pediatric and geriatric patients in Fairfield County, CT.
Compensation: $55.00 / HR Location: Fairfield County, Connecticut Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am-5 pm (school hours + home visits)
Responsibilities:Â
•   Conducting home visits for geriatric patients
•   Working with developmental disability students in a school setting
•   Performing evaluations, developing treatment plans
•   Educating patients/families on rehab activities
•   Documenting visits in the EMR system
Qualifications:
•   PT degree from an accredited program
•   CT PT license
•   1+ years of home health experience
•   Strong communication skills
•   Comfort with technology
