Role Overview:
A leading pain management group is seeking an experienced Physiatrist to evaluate and treat patients across the 5 boroughs of NYC. With significant autonomy, the ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to restore function and improve quality of life for those suffering from debilitating injuries and conditions.
Compensation: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00
Location: New York City
Responsibilities:
• Diagnosing complex conditions
• Creating customized treatment plans
• Educating patients on health behaviors
• Administering injections to relieve pain
• Prescribing medication as appropriate
• Monitoring patient progress
• Consulting with specialty providers
• Ensuring timely documentation
Qualifications:
• Medical degree from accredited university
• Active NY state medical license
• 5+ years of clinical experience
• Comfort with worker’s compensation system
• Passion for alleviating suffering
• Strong leadership and communication skills
