Job Overview - Per Diem Nurse (LPN):
Our healthcare client is seeking a Per Diem Nurse (LPN) in Bucks County, PA, to provide essential nursing care and support to program participants. In this role, you'll address health needs through direct intervention and coordinated care.
Compensation: $37/hour
Location: Bucks County, PA
Schedule: Flexible Shifts (Days, Evenings, and Weekends)
Responsibilities as the Per Diem Nurse (LPN):
Patient Care: Provide essential nursing services such as wound care, trach care, and diabetic counseling.
Assessments: Monitor residents' health and emotional needs, providing necessary interventions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate nursing and medication records.
Medication Management: Ensure residents understand and comply with prescribed medications.
Collaboration: Communicate effectively with nursing and program staff, reporting critical issues to leadership.
Qualifications for the Per Diem Nurse (LPN):
Licensure: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Pennsylvania state licensure.
Experience: Experience in clinical or residential care settings preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and patient care skills.
Compassion: Ability to deliver patient-focused, empathetic care.
