Role Overview:
Join a clinic as an Outpatient Therapist providing mental health services to a caseload of clients in downtown Philadelphia.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 Location: Philadelphia, PA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (Part-time minimum 20 hrs/week)
Responsibilities:Â
•   Maintaining a caseload of up to 30 clients for weekly sessions
•   Providing interventions to support client needs
•   Developing treatment plans every six months
•   Conducting assessments every six months
•   Participating in monthly supervision
•   Crisis intervention and de-escalation
•   Documentation in electronic medical records
Qualifications:
•   LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license
•   3+ years of mental health treatment experience
•   Experience with diverse client populations
•   Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
