Role Overview:
We are seeking a board-certified orthopedic surgeon to meet the growing demand within our client’s established practice. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to heal musculoskeletal injuries and enable restorative outcomes through patient-centered care and cutting-edge treatment.
Compensation: $400,000.00 – $450,000.00
Location: Multiple Locations in NYC (Flexible)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5/6 pm
Responsibilities:
• Diagnosing complex orthopedic conditions
• Performing intricate surgeries to repair joint, bone, and ligament injuries
• Creating customized evidence-based treatment plans
• Monitoring patient progress throughout care
• Overseeing PAs, medical assistants, and clinical staff
• Maintaining timely and meticulous documentation
• Pursuing continuous learning and surgical advancement
Qualifications:
• Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• MD/DO degree and active NY medical license
• 5+ years of orthopedic surgery experience
• Workers’ compensation authorized
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
