Role Overview:
Our client, a leading orthopedic clinic in Central New Jersey, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients and administer customized interventions to facilitate healing after injuries or illnesses. With significant mentoring opportunities, the ideal candidate will conduct assessments, document treatment responses, educate on prevention strategies, collaborate with specialists, and leverage their passion for movement to uplift function for adolescents and geriatrics.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 Location: Monmouth County, New Jersey
Responsibilities:
• Performing comprehensive physical evaluations and histories
• Creating personalized therapeutic exercise programs
• Implementing modalities and manual techniques
• Regularly assessing and recording progress
• Communicating closely across care teams
• Instructing home exercise programs
• Continuously expanding clinical knowledge
• Ensuring ethical, compassionate care
Qualifications:
• Master's in Occupational Therapy
• Active New Jersey state licensure
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to compassion and quality
• Interest in sports rehabilitation a plus
