Job Overview - Occupational Therapist (OT):
Take on the role of Occupational Therapist with our client in Lewiston, ID. You’ll provide care to patients of all ages, creating treatment plans based on developmental needs and working closely to improve self-care and daily living skills.
Compensation: $78,000 - $117,000/year + bonus
Location: Lewiston, ID
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (8-hour shifts) or Wednesday to Saturday (10-hour shifts)
Responsibilities as the Occupational Therapist:
Patient Assessment: Objectively assess a baseline level of self-care function for each patient, including medical history, cognitive function, and activities of daily living.
Goal Setting: Develop measurable and realistic treatment outcome goals based on each patient’s initial assessment.
Treatment Planning: Plan and implement treatment programs designed to help patients achieve or progress toward their treatment goals, ensuring consistency and continuity.
Qualifications for the Occupational Therapist:
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program required.
Experience: 1-3 years of Acute Care experience preferred.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
