Role Overview:
Our client, a leading orthopedic injury care provider in Central New Jersey, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to evaluate patients and oversee integrated treatment plans. With immense autonomy across two clinics, the ideal candidate will conduct assessments, order diagnostics, provide pain management expertise, and leverage their passion for quality to guide positive outcomes through a coordinated continuum of compassionate, personalized interventions.
Compensation: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00
Location: Monmouth County, New Jersey
Schedule: 4 day/10 hour or 5 day/8 hour weekly options available
Responsibilities:
• Performing initial injury evaluations and histories
• Ordering diagnostics tests to inform care paths
• Providing oversight into pain management options
• Educating on self-care and prevention techniques
• Coordinating care conferences across specialties
• Maintaining timely and accurate medical records
• Serving as an influential patient advocate
Qualifications:
• Master's degree and NP certification
• Licensed to practice in New Jersey
• Orthopedics experience or strong interest
• Strong judgement and clinical acumen
• Patient-first mindset focused on outcomes
• Excellent communication talents
