Role Overview:
A leading Bronx-based community health center is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to provide leadership driving clinical operations and patient care delivery across locations. Leveraging talents developing high-performance teams and passion for nursing excellence, the ideal candidate will manage nurses and support staff, oversee quality and safety, liaise with providers, and promote compassionate, culturally competent care.
Compensation: $103,000.00 Location: Bronx, New York
Responsibilities:
• Recruiting, developing and mentoring clinical staff
• Ensuring adherence to documentation standards
• Leading data-driven quality improvement initiatives
• Overseeing diagnostics and health information
• Conducting patient assessments and providing direct care
• Training staff on equipment and procedures
• Promoting safety, satisfaction and health outcomes
• Partnering closely with executive leadership
Qualifications:
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• 3-5 years nursing management experience
• Licensed RN in New York State
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for community health outreach
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
