Role Overview:
A leading provider for intellectually disabled adults is seeking a Nurse House Manager to oversee daily operations and care teams at their medical residential home near Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance and care standards, coordinate responses to changing member needs, manage staff schedules and availability, participate in growth initiatives, and leverage their passion for healthcare to guide the organization during a transformative period.
Compensation: $53.00 - 58.00 / HR
Location: Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania
Responsibilities:
• Supervising house staff across three daily shifts
• Conducting rounding to reinforce expectations
• Scheduling team members to meet care requirements
• Ensuring adherence to policies, protocols
• Preparing for inspections and licensing visits
• Assessing residents and providing skilled hands-on care
• Participating in program expansion efforts
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
• 5+ years healthcare supervisory experience
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
• Exceptional relationship building abilities
• Passion for intellectual disability community
