Role Overview:
Join a public assistance program as an NP/PA, conducting assessments and making service recommendations.
Compensation: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00
Location: Brooklyn, New York
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
Responsibilities:
• Conducting clinical interviews and assessments
• Making determinations for additional medical/mental health services
• Communicating recommendations to collaborative teams
• Adhering to program policies and procedures
Qualifications:
• NP/PA certification
• Background in internal medicine, family medicine, rehab, psych
• Assessment experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented
