Job Overview – Medical Operations Manager: Compensation: $200,000 – $300,000/year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This role blends scientific analysis, healthcare coordination, and provider communication to support informed, evidence-based decision-making. Responsibilities as the Medical Operations Manager:
Wellness Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on health-related topics such as water quality, supplements, household materials, and cognitive health, synthesizing findings into detailed reports.
Scientific Reporting: Translate medical studies and clinical data into clear, actionable insights for informed lifestyle decisions.
Healthcare Liaison: Maintain communication with providers and specialists to validate findings and gather expert opinions.
Health Records Management: Document key findings and integrate research into personalized health plans and tracking systems.
Medical Coordination: Assist with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and care planning based on research-backed recommendations.
Emergency & Insurance Support: Provide logistical support for emergency protocols and coordinate with insurers for coverage verification and reimbursement tracking.
Qualifications for the Medical Operations Manager:
Education: PhD in health sciences, medical research, or a related field required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a healthcare operations, medical coordination, or clinical support role.
Technical Skills: Ability to conduct in-depth research and analyze healthcare data to guide medical decision-making.
Skills & Attributes: Strong communicator with sharp organizational and critical thinking skills, and a discreet, professional approach to handling sensitive medical information.
Industry Knowledge: Background in nursing, social work, physician support, medical technology, or scientific research is strongly preferred.
