Job Overview – Medical Operations Manager: Compensation: $200,000 – $300,000/year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities as the Medical Operations Manager:
Medical Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, and maintain communication with healthcare providers.
Health Records Management: Prepare and update medical documentation and maintain accurate health records.
Medication & Supplies Oversight: Handle prescription refills and monitor medical inventory for continuity of care.
Healthcare Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external medical professionals.
Medical Research & Planning: Research treatments and trends to support informed healthcare decision-making.
Insurance & Emergency Support: Track reimbursements, verify coverage, and develop protocols for urgent medical situations.
Qualifications for the Medical Operations Manager:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a healthcare operations, medical coordination, or clinical support role.
Technical Skills: Ability to conduct in-depth research and analyze healthcare data to guide medical decision-making.
Skills & Attributes: Strong communicator with sharp organizational and critical thinking skills, and a discreet, professional approach to handling sensitive medical information.
Industry Knowledge: Background in nursing, social work, physician support, medical technology, or scientific research is strongly preferred.
