Role Overview:
A care organization is seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant to leverage their patient care talents in supporting providers across five potential boroughs in New York. This role will triage patients, assist with exams, coordinate records, and ensure smooth clinical operations.
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 / HR Location: New York City Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9 am – 5 pm
Responsibilities:
• Greeting patients and preparing charts
• Recording visit summaries and notes
• Collecting specimens and lab orders
• Chaperoning patient exams when needed
• Maintaining orderly clinical environments
• Supporting administrative tasks as needed
• Preparing rooms and equipment
Qualifications:
• Certified Medical Assistant credential
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1+ years’ experience in medical offices
• Knowledge of EHR documentation
• Exceptional patient service etiquette
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
