Location: Morris County, NJ
Compensation: $40/hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday and Friday, and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Responsibilities as the Licensed Practical Nurse (Support Manager):
Project Coordination: Ensure timely project completion by coordinating schedules, materials, and subcontractors, and reporting to the Construction Manager for priority assignments.
Team Leadership: Lead daily excavation tasks, manage asset movement, and ensure proper installation and maintenance of control measures.
Equipment Management: Oversee inventory control for tools and machinery, ensuring proper maintenance and operation of vehicles and rental equipment.
Quality Assurance: Promote quality and safety standards, manage schedules and material delivery, and complete necessary documentation including timesheets and accident reports.
Safety Oversight: Maintain a safe working environment, complete OSHA safety training, and report any accidents or incidents.
Staff Development: Train and develop employees, conduct performance reviews, and manage overtime and vacation schedules.
Meeting Participation: Attend weekly production meetings, oversee the Quality Partner program, and evaluate contractors and suppliers.
Manual Labor: Perform necessary manual labor tasks, ensuring job sites are cleaned upon completion.
Qualifications for the Licensed Practical Nurse (Support Manager):
Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing School.
Experience: Minimum of 1Â year working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD); 3 years preferred.
Licensure: Licensed in the State of New Jersey.
Driver's License: Valid Unrestricted Driver’s License with 5 points or less.
Skills: Basic computer literacy and effective verbal and written communication in English.
Required Abilities: Safely and effectively execute Personal Control and Defensive Techniques, exercise good judgment and common sense, remain calm in crisis situations, interact respectfully with diverse individuals, and maintain a person-centered approach.
