Job Overview - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Step into a fulfilling role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Scarsdale, NY, where you will play a vital part in our healthcare team. Location: Scarsdale, NY
Compensation: $35/hour
Schedule: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities as the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain vital signs.
Perform EKGs and phlebotomy for newborns through adolescents.
Assist physicians with routine procedures.
Administer injections/immunizations.
Document vaccines and lab results accurately.
Maintain exam room cleanliness and readiness.
Provide emotional support to patients and families.
Report changes in patient behavior or symptoms.
Qualifications for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
2-4 years of LPN experience, preferably in pediatrics.
Completed state-approved LPN program.
Current LPN license and valid CPR certification.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and EMR systems (eCW preferred).
Fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
Excellent communication and observation skills.
