Role Overview:
Our client’s wound care nurses utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, direct and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes. The wound care nurse works collaboratively across all disciplines in the assigned unit.
Compensation: $33.00 - $36.00 / HR Location: Middlesex County, Massachusetts Schedule:Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; no holidays or weekends

Responsibilities
Provide patient care based on nursing principles, theory and evidence-based practice
Accurately implement physician orders within appropriate time frames
Recognize changes in the patient’s condition and intervene appropriately
Prioritize nursing actions reflecting patient needs, acuity, and outcomes
Qualifications
Valid LPN/LVN nursing license
Valid CPR certification from American Heart Association
Wound care experience preferred (will train)
Billing/coding experience preferred
