Role Overview:
A local Brooklyn hospital center is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide compassionate wound care for podiatry patients. With a flexible weekday schedule, the ideal candidate will help treat foot and lower limb issues through coordinated interventions focused on assessment, regulatory compliance, patient education and progress monitoring.
Compensation: $35.00 – $38.00 / HR Location: Brooklyn, New York Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8 am to 4 pm
Responsibilities:
• Assisting podiatrists with lower limb evaluations
• Accurately administering ordered treatment plans
• Educating patients on proper foot care
• Tracking healing progress and wound changes
• Documenting timely and precise notes
• Supporting efficient clinic workflows
Qualifications:
• LPN diploma or certification
• Active NY state practical nurse license
• Exceptional patient experience abilities
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
