Role Overview:
Join our client's nursing team in Manhattan, New York, as a Licensed Practical Nurse. In this role, you'll play a key role in promoting participant health and well-being. With a competitive hourly rate and attractive benefits, this Monday - Friday, 9 am- 5 pm position offers an exciting opportunity.
Compensation: $40.00 / HR Location: Manhattan, New York Schedule:Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities
Improve overall health of program participants, including physical and mental health
Conduct health screenings, provide care referrals, and educate on health/wellness
Perform blood draws, administer injections, and prepare medications
Document progress notes and assessments in electronic health record
Coordinate care with external providers to achieve positive outcomes
Provide culturally sensitive, recovery-oriented care
Qualifications
Active NY LPN license
2+ years experience with adults with mental health, substance use, trauma, homelessness
