Role Overview:
A care organization is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate support across all aspects of patient visits from intake through discharge. Leveraging clinical and care coordination abilities in our client’s New York City practice, the ideal candidate will enable an exceptional experience through timely workflows, clear communication, and a patient-first mentality.
Compensation: $35.00 / HR
Location: Manhattan, New York
Schedule: Monday - Friday with mixed shifts between 8am-7pm. Weekend and holiday rotations also required.
Responsibilities:
• Rooming patients and obtaining vitals signs
• Performing EKGs and phlebotomy
• Administering injections and medications
• Documenting administered vaccines
• Preparing exam rooms between visits
• Actively listening to patient concerns
• Reporting any changes to care teams
• Supporting physician workflows and tasks
Qualifications:
• Completed LPN education and active license
• 1+ years clinical experience
• Strong technology and documentation skills
• Exceptional customer service etiquette
• Reliable team player able to adapt
• COVID-19 vaccination
